The Maple Golden Roll

The Maple Golden Roll is a special order banjo, made for Sam Rutherford. In addition to this special order instrument, Sam is also the owner of several other models of the DP Hopkins banjos.



The head piece inlay is the same as on the other Golden Roll Models.






Note the figured maple on the back and sides of the resonator, as well as the engraved gold hardware and fancy "Christmas Tree" purfling.
